HIIT High Intensity Interval Training - 6pm on ZOOM (half an hour)
Thursday
Pilates 9:30am on ZOOM
Zumba® 6pm on ZOOM
Pilates Improvers/Advanced 7pm on ZOOM
Friday
Active Seniors Aerobics at 9:30am on ZOOM (for 60+ or those returning to exercise)
Pilates 10.30am on ZOOM
Abs, Arms & Booty Interval Training 12:15pm on ZOOM
Fusion Flow 5pm - on ZOOM (half an hour)
Please note: Please note if you miss a session I am sorry I cannot offer a refund, a recording of the class will be made available to you instead. I will ask that you complete a PARQ form before attending any class or PT Session.
