I am a Level 3 Pilates Teacher, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I am also qualified to teach Children's Fitness and Chair Based Exercise for Fragile Adults. I hold a Zumba Licence and teach a variety of group exercise classes including: Old Skool Aerobics, Legs Tums & Bums, Zumba, Abs, Arms & Booty Intervals (LIIT), Low Impact Aerobics, GymBall, Mini Ball, ABS, Stretch, HIIT and Bootcamps.
